Customer Area
We have a number of customer areas depending on the service you take out. Support is handled through trouble tickets within your client area console. Here you can raise tickets against technical or billing questions. If the question is urgent then please also call +44 (0)1296 320005 where either a support technician will answer or you can leave a message giving contact details and if possible the trouble ticket number.
ADSL and VoIP customers can manage the account through the partner control panels.
